You have the option to change an account’s package if needed. From your administrator dashboard, click on “Clients.” Next, search for the account for which you’d like to change their package. Once you find the account, hover over their name and click on the number link on the package column to view their package. Under “Assigned Package” you will be able to see the account’s current package or click on the dropdown menu to assign them a different one. Once you’re done, click “Apply” and you’ll be all set!
