Would you like to check who is receiving emails in your organization from SMS Factory? Head over to your admin dashboard and click on the pencil icon next to your company information. On the next page, you’ll be able to find details regarding your account, including the email addresses that are receiving messages from us. These messages include billing statements, welcome emails, and updates among others. You can then add or remove email addresses as needed.
