Have you been trying to upload a CSV file with contacts but are getting an error message? In most cases, this is due to the CSV file not matching our upload template. Remember, the columns in the CSV file must match our template to be uploaded successfully. You can download and use our template by clicking the Contacts tab and then the Plus button. From there, click “Upload from CSV” and then “Download CSV Template.”
